Within the Academy I learned how ServiceNow works and how to develop new applications and functionalities within the platform. The good thing about the course is that it teaches you the concepts that you need to know, in a way anyone can understand, so by the time you finish you are ready to take your Certification exam. From this point on I found finding a job as a ServiceNow developer relatively easy and I managed to land a programmer position in a company. There I was able to apply the knowledge that I had gathered in the time spent at the Academy, met amazing people, and managed to grow as a person.

The course helped me learn the basics of Service Now in a theoretical and practical way: each course was accompanied by exercises organized in the form of a laboratory. The course support is easy to follow. Each course takes place in an interactive way, the exercises being solved in turn by the students, a useful aspect to speed up the learning process. After the course, I obtained accreditations for Service Now and I got a job in the field easily, but I also discovered an interesting new field.
